It took me three tries to find out from support that the request rate is capped at 40 per minute. But that explains why an account with a minimal trading balance gets banned even at 25 requests per minute, while an account with a couple thousand dollars runs smoothly at 35. Is there some kind of undocumented tiered system for request rates?
