Add a sales forecast for a specific phase

Currently, regardless of the phase specified, the system returns an overall sales chart for the product, without breaking it down by phase. This issue affects both the client and the API. For Doppler, this is critical because prices vary significantly depending on the phase. As a result, the current sales chart cannot be used for accurate analysis.
